Assorted Indian Drinks

India has a wide assortment of drinks that appeal to their desire for spiciness and sweetness.

One example is the Aam panna. Aam in Hindi means mango. Indians make this by using raw green mangoes, blending them, and then adding salt and spices. It is generally served chilled. This is not to be confused with the mango lassi which is mixed with yogurt.

Another popular drink among Indians is the Falooda. It is made by mixing condensed milk, noodle, sugar and kulfi (a type of ice cream). Condensed milk is generally added to fruit drinks across the world to add thickness, sweetness, and a more consistent texture to drinks. Condensed milk is generally sweet.

India also has a variety of brand name drinks like Fanta, Thumbs Up, Pepsi, Sprite, and Campa Cola. It is generally served chilled in a tall glass with a straw.

Assorted range of refreshing Indian drinks includes the Nimbu Pani. This drinks using lemons which cutting it halve crosswise then removing the zest and squeeze out the liquid drink. The remaining lemons is slice into round which gently boiling the water and the dates in a sauce pan in just ten minutes then adding the zest and boiling it for two to three minutes. The honey and lemon slices should be stir and the liquid lemon drink are set aside; covering it for about eight to twelve hours. Strain through the muslin lined sieve. It served chilled.

Anar ka sharbat is a mixture of sugar and water which boil in a sauce pan and boiling it to one sugar syrup strand. Taking out the liquid of pomegranate and letting the syrup to be cool. It is added an anar ka juuce and the potassium meta bi sulphate then fill it in the bottle then serving it in a glass with crushed ice and kala namak.

The Holy basil tea is originated in India that known as an antioxidant. This is made of blossoms and leaves of holy basil plant or also called tulsi which containing vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, chlorophyll and zinc. Holy basil tea is favorable iced drinks or sometimes hot brew.

Chandal ka sharbat is a mixture of sugar, water, sandalwood essence, potassium bi sulphate and orange color. This sandalwood is sacred in India because of usage of religious activities. This is use for having a good skin and also good for cleansing our blood.

The other healthy fruit drinks are fresh orange juice, cold drinks, mango shake, and orange or pineapple drinks.
