Chicken, cheese, ranch dressing, chili seasoning, and wonton wrappers. They are great for football parties, lunch, or dinner. I always keep the ingredients on hand to whip these up at a moment’s notice.
How to Make Chili Cheese Chicken Wontons
These chicken bites are super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Press a wonton wrapper in each muffin cup. Spray wontons with cooking spray and bake in the oven until they start to turn golden brown. Remove from oven.
In a large bowl, stir together chopped cooked chicken, ranch dressing, chili seasoning, and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Spoon the chicken mixture into the partially baked wontons. Bake in the oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until bubbly. Garnish the wontons with parsley or chopped green onions.

- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup prepared Ranch dressing
- 1 (1.75-oz) package chili seasoning
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 36 wonton wrappers

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray. Press wonton wrappers into muffin cups.

Bake wontons for 5 to 7 minutes, just until the edges of the wonton wrapper start to turn golden brown. Remove from the oven.
