RESTON, VA — To celebrate the April 1 grand opening of it new location in Reston, Crumbl Cookies will be giving away a year’s worth of free cookies to one lucky person.
Professional baker Natalie Paukstys and her husband Dōvy first became aware of Crumbl Cookies when they living next door to Jason McGowan, who is one of the company’s founders. When the couple moved to Northern Virginia, they knew they wanted to open a store of their own.
“We are excited to bring the best cookies in the world to Fairfax County,” said Reston store owners Natalie and Dōvy Paukstys, in a release. “Our grand opening is really going to be something you don’t want to miss.”
All anyone needs to do to qualify for the cookie giveaway is to take a photo of themselves holding a cookie in front of the Reston store and then post it on Facebook or Instagram with the tag #CrumblReston. Photos must be posted between April 1-16.
McGowan was also pleased to open the new shop, which is located at 11686 Plaza America Drive in Reston.
“We love the traditional flavors, but also like to surprise our customers with new and fun concepts,” he said, in a release. “My personal favorite is the raspberry cheesecake cookie. Our cookies are great for gifting, catering, sharing with family members and friends, and even treating yourself. We offer unique gifting and catering options as well.”
Staff members at each of Crumbl’s shops mix, bake, and prepare cookies in an open kitchen and then pack them in the company’s signature pink box.
During grand opening week, the Reston shop will offer a menu of six of Crumbl’s more than 120 weekly flavors. Among the company’s favorites are Cornbread, Cookies and Cream, S’Mores, Key Lime Pie, Peppermint Bark, Orange Roll, Buttermilk Pancake, and Galaxy Brownie.
“Our Crumbl Crew is like an extension of our family,” Natalie Paukstys said, in a release. “We want all who work for us to know we care about them, and we want them to enjoy their time with us. We are always looking for great people to join our team.” She invited anyone interested in working at the Reston Crumbl Crew to apply online.
