When the crisp air brushes towards our pores and skin, a light-weight swap minute happens it’s time to return to our kitchens. Dice the onion and garlic.
In a medium casserole, sauté the veggies with added virgin olive oil and bay leaves.
The moment the garlic & onion are caramelized, include the seafood and permit it cook for a pair of minutes.
Take away the seafood from the casserole, sauté the rice, include the tomato paste and the veggie broth and prepare dinner for 8 minutes.
Incorporate the seafood and season to taste. Include the casserole and depart it to cook dinner for 5 minutes rest for 1 extra minute and provide.
Serve and enhance with cilantro leaves.
