This Hissy FitHash Brown Breakfast Casserole has quickly become a favorite at our house. All the flavors of our favorite dip in an easy breakfast casserole. So simple to make, yet SO delicious! Sausage, hashbrowns, Velveeta, muenster cheese, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and garlic. This is great for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. This is my go-to casserole recipe for overnight guests and Christmas morning. Whip up some biscuits and grits and you are set!

How to Make Hissy Fit Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole
This casserole recipe is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients In a large skillet cook sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Remove sausage from the skillet. Add hash brown potatoes to the skillet and cook them until they start to brown. Place the hash browns in a baking dish. Top with cooked sausage, Velveeta cheese and muenster cheese. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the hash browns in a 9×13-inch casserole dish. Bake uncovered until the eggs are set. Garnish the baked casserole with parsley or green onions.

- I use Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage. Any brand of pork sausage will work fine.

Only a few simple ingredients – hash browns, sausage, Velveeta, Muenster cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, milk, and eggs. Great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. - 2 lb hot breakfast sausage
- 1 (30-32oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded muenster cheese
- 1 cup shredded Velveeta cheese
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.

In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain fat and set aside.

Add hash browns to skillet and cook until lightly brown. (Add a little oil to the skillet if necessary.) Place hash browns in bottom of lightly greased 9×13-inch pan. Top with sausage and cheese.
