With the summertime heat rolling in, I will quite a lot be firing up the grill for these epic pineapple rooster thighs all period very long. So juicy and tender, these terrible boys are complemented by charred pineapple rounds (that you can toss on the grill the last number of minutes of cooking the rooster), supplying you that ideal mix of sweet and savory.

Don’t have a grill? Not to fret. These perform fantastically on a solid iron grill pan also.

TERIYAKI SAUCE

You can use any retail store-bought manufacturer you like but my own beloved is Soy Vay Marinade & Sauce, Veri Veri Teriyaki.

MARINADE

I extremely advocate being in the 2-4 hour assortment. Any longer and it may get as well salty (with a bizarre texture).

LEFTOVERS

Not guaranteed if you will have any but if you do, the leftovers make for even much better pineapple chicken fried rice.
